Fact: Scanners allow you to hear what is going on in your community. All you need is a scanner, and an antenna. 

Problem: Range - Radio transmissions can only go so far. You can’t hear outside of your local area. 

Solution: Put a scanner where you need to hear, and control it over the internet using Rem Scan software and support equipment.

Now you can REPLAY audio that you might have missed !
